Owais Mahmood of Apex graduated from Holly Springs High School (HSHS). Mahmood spent his high school career volunteering as a math tutor and with the school’s Lunch Buddies program, where he mentored special needs students. During his final year in high school, Mahmood acted as the service chair and partnered HSHS with World Relief Durham Organization to send packages to families overseas. Mahmood will work at Dobbins Hill Family Resource Center.
