Destinie Pittman graduated from Wallace-Rose Hill High School in Rose Hill, North Carolina. Pittman served as a youth tutor at the Greenevers Community Center, a senator in student government, a member of the Beta Club, and volunteered with the HOSA club and Summer Bridge Program. Pittman, a flautist, likes to listen to and play music. As a Bonner, she works at the Jackson Center for Saving and Making History.
